顾问 Consultant
主要职责Key Responsibilities:
• 开拓客户,寻找商业机会 Business development, identify business opportunities
• 评估并服务客户的招聘需求Assess and serve the recruitment needs of the clients
• 搜寻并筛选合适的候选人Source and screen the most suitable candidates
• 向客户推荐合适的候选人Present the selected candidates to the clients
• 管理面试,反馈,录取等过程Manage the interview and offer process
• 提供项目结束后续服务Provide consistent after-project services
• 积累专业领域内的人脉和商业资讯Develop network and accumulate business information within the professional field
任职要求Key Requirements:
• 本科以上学历Bachelor degree or above
• 英语说写流利Fluent in both spoken and written English
• 熟练使用办公软件Proficient in using Microsoft Office software
• 半年以上数据库经验More than half a year’s database experience
• 两年以上工作经验 Two years above working experience
• 具备销售经验更佳Sales (B2B) experience are preferred

资深顾问 Senior Consultant
除了完成相应的业务目标,资深顾问同时还承担以下责任In addition to fulfill the business goal, senior consultants will also assume the responsibilities:
• 开拓新职能领域业务 Business development in new functional area
• 培训和发展新顾问 Coach and develop new consultants
在背景上面,资深顾问还需具备 Requirements:
• 至少6年以上工作经验(包含1年以上咨询行业工作经验) A minimum of 6 years of work experience (including more than 1 year experience in consulting industry)
• 可追溯的成功项目经验 Proven track record of projects implementation success
团队领导 Team Leader
主要职责Key Responsibilities:
• 负责团队管理 Team Management
• 负责业务管理Business Management
任职要求Key Requirements:
• 八年以上相关行业工作经验A minimum of 8 years of work experience within the consulting industry
• 三年以上团队管理经验A minimum of 3 years of work experience in team management
• 过往有优秀的业绩记录 A solid performance track record
• 与相关领域重要客户有良好的专业关系 A close network of professional contacts as key clients within the relevant sectors
